Sheet foam is a big mistake. I tried it and the steel was permanently wet behind it ,regardless of any vapour bariers I tried.It costs about the same a spray foam and fitting it is a huge job.
I plan to be in Nanaimo in the next few days . I built a hull last spring which is at independent shipyards in Coombs.I should be able to finish it this summer .
I'll try contact you when get to Nanaimo.I wouldn't mind a look at your project.
