Recomendation - Plans/Patterns - 16'-18' Sport Fisher

I'm new to the boat building DIY world and before I buy plans/patters for my first build I thought I would get some advice first such as the company I should rather buy from and the company to stay clear of. Bellow is the type of boat I'm looking to build and company I was thinking of going with.

I am a welder fabricator by trade and was hoping to build this out of aluminum instead of the wood. Any thoughts, Idears, recomendations on this
would be appreciated.

Thanks
Rob

You may want to think about a full CNC kit.
