pourable rubber for skeg

What kind of pourable rubber do I need to fill the skeg on a steel boat. Many builders don't like portland cement, pouring hot tar in a confined space doesn't appeal to me( the boat is already built, I know I should have dealt with this earlier on) I need about 5 gallons to fill skeg. Other suggestions? Thanks ahead of time for any ideas.
