Doing my last few patches, and since there have been a number of questions regarding patching I thought I would record one, together with the tools I find most usefull. Please bear in mind that I am a complete amateur and any comment will be appreciated. The pictures are: cleaning the area, marking the patch, initial cut, radiused cuts, marking the patch, cutting to size, spot welding in, grinding out the v, welding sequence, cleaning up and finished patch.
