Mid Boom Sheeting - help with attachment points (cross post)

Hi all -

Not sure of the rules on cross posting but my boat is a steel hull and I mostly lurk in this section of the site. I know a lot of you are very experienced sailors and I thought it would be no harm to seek advice from you on this matter as well.
