Mal Low's Portly, Portly II plans

No longer available from Mal Low. Does anyone wish to share these plans.
I do have three full drawing sets for the 21 ft. Mal Low hull, different variations. Still undecided as to what to build. I had posted estimated steel bill of materials for the 21 on Mal's forum some time ago for mild steel.

25ft Pintle

I received a set of these plans and have been in touch with the guys who developed the cnc cutting files, complete for a fantastic price. However, Pintle is a great design as a commercial tug but would not make a good personal cruiser.

wow--I payed 804.00 tax in for 4 sheets of 5 x 10 deck plate for the porker...

and i think its 155.00 for 3/16th plate 4 x 8..steel has gone down in the last while so maybe those rates u posted are outdated??--as you know steel fluctuates rapidly...
how is your project coming? finished all my frames--downloaded 'the big sailboat project" too! even though i think my project is big--it is nothing compared to Gena and Sandy's boat- a 43 ft roberts designed boat--let me tell ya--thats big! what a huge build...i would never have the patience to build something that large thats so complex...

these small tugs are so well designed with simple curvature and flat side and look so elegant...cheap- easy..functional--im very impressed the way my model turned out in rhino...

Hi Doug,

I have a long way to go before getting started. One project to finish first.

Looking forward to following your build, send photos please...
