Looking for a builder.

Anyone in USA, UK, Canada or Neatherlands who build Canal boats in the 13-15M range?
ted655@fastmail.fm
Thanks Ted

Pointed to Euroschip before and you seemed satisfied can you explain what is wrong with their service or product?

The exchange rate kills our budget. The Yankee dollor is takung a beating and we are trying to do this on retirement (dead not indexted, money).
Things look bleak & it may not happen. The $dollor is down and China is inflating the steel orice.
We will have to buy & renovate a used vessel I think.

Want to try making a mahakam river barge in wood.......... good one.......... but only for your pensiun need.......... special price.

The big version can be seen in Dredging thread.........

It will be cheaper buying second wooden unit...... but I recomment the custom build and use the hull already pre-made..... so your trip will be sunny Asian sunbathing and waitting for your vessel finished.....

Hi WDH. Thanks. After looking at the pics, we think we still want a Dutch barge. We have located one in Amsterdam and have made an offer. Thank you very much for your interest and offer. Sitting on the beach sounded really good. Maybe someday. Ted
