So Shadrack is building his metal boat. :)
    An aluminum Landing craft.:D
He wants floatation up under the Gunnl's.
Floatattion in some other parts of the boat would be a good idea as well.

What does he do about that?
Can you buy a Two part foam and spray it in there yourself?
Do you have to take it somewhere and have it done?
About how much of that stuff would he need per pound of boat weight?

The Coasties dont want you using the 'touch n' foam' as it becomes a poison gas in a fire.

On sound deadening inside the boat.
What can we spray on the Aluminim inside the boat. Something heavy like paint but about 1/8" thick and soft to the touch.
    Anybody?

Now Shadracks landing craft is the kind of boat he's gonna drive right up onto the beach with some heavy stuff in the bow to be off loaded.
That aluminum is going to get scraped up pretty badly.
Will that 'Spray in bed liner' stick to the Aluminum and protect the Skin?
What else could he use for protection?
