fairing aluminium

ive got a second hand boom that ive tigged all the holes up on im just wondering what the best process would be to fair it back up for respraying?

Run a belt linisher over the repairs, or a draw file, and then follow the Devoe instructions for painting.

they make great epoxy paints, but you may have to buy from someones workshop as you will hardky need any to do a boom. Phone them to see who is buying their products and they may be able to onsell a 1/2 litre to you.
