bending - roling stem

I think this is aspecialy a message for Dutch Peter ( indien hij inderdaad in Nederland woont zoals de naam doet vermoeden ) .
I am looking for somebody who can rol or bend the stem for the boat I am building .

Patrick,

Ja, ik woon in Nederland, in Zwaag om precies te zijn.
Since I don't know what your location is I can't be precise, but I would try the nearest shipyard or steel construction company.
Depending on the size your working with, you can do a lot with a self build hydraulic press.
I'll have to scan some pictures on the subject, be patient.

Roling or bending the stem

Helo Peter ,

Thanks for the reply . I am in the near of Prague and there is not so much in this area . The radius of the stem I have to ro, or bend somehow is R=38 for a Waverunner 55 - Bruce Roberts Design .

Check with your steel supplier , many herte have the ability to roll stock.

Many a backyard boat has been helped immensly by rolled chines , rather than hard chines , at little cost.
