Who knows the manufacturer of this latchlock?

Hi, my boss gave me the latchlock shown on the attached image.

We need to know it's manufacturer. Does anyone know who makes or distributes it?
The latchlock is made of stainless steel and has gaskets in its body. Seems to be high quality & heavy duty.
It seems like the perfect piece for one of our applications.

Does anyone recognize the logo, or part?

Thanks for your input,

Charlie

Latch lock

It may also be Sea World, made in Taiwan. Should be available anywhere in the world now.

Hi Landlubber,
