Two questions: polyester + polyurethane foam & any underwater use contact adhesives?

1. How well does polyester resin adhere to the 'skin' of poured polyurethane foam ? ( if at all ! )

2. Are there any contact adhesives that are usable for underwater use ?

1. It doesn't adhere very well, but you can use an intermediate layer of Sika-290 primer to improve adhesion.

2. There is liquid neoprene, used by Mercruiser to seal bellows to the alloy housing. It is also used to repair inflatables.
