Stanchion base mounted on bulwarks

I recently seen a great solution to stanchion bases bolted into decks. They always seem to give you problems down the line with leaks and eventually rot in the decks.

These were stanchion bases bolted into the bulwarks with 10mm bolts. Strong as ever and the stanchion just slide into them secured by a grubscrew.

Does anyone where i can buy them, or who produces them.

Thank you
