Stainless steel and polyester

My customer wants me to stratify a stainless steel tube dia. 200mm through a polyester hull to accommodate a sonar.
Can I be sure that the polyester will really stick to the stainless?

It won't, you need to "key" the tube to keep it in place.

Use epoxy to "glue" the two together.
