signal orange paint for rudders and keels

hi there,

does anyone know the specs of the paint they use to paint the rudders and keels in signal orange that you see sometimes on offshore racing boats?

International orange I believe, same as the Golden Gate bridge.

Nautix do their anitfouling in approved colour. Not sure on availability outside europe. It's no great shakes at keeping green off but the race boats don't have much problem there anyhow!
