| Runabout engine cover building an 87 vindicator. to the point of building the engine bay cover and rear seat. I didnt' like the old closed up crowded style and 3 part cover so I"m looking at building a frame out of tubing and incorporating the back of the seat. I wanted to used aluminum but I'm having a hard time finding anyone out here in lubbock that can weld it. should I keep hunting or should I give up and use light gauge steel? and have it powdercoated. |

| You can weld stainless with MIG. It only takes a different wire alloy.

| Put tape in between to avoid corrosion.
