Refinishing/coating costs of boat per square foot

What are the average (where you live) refinishing/coating costs per square foot on a boat?

For example no fairing only sand, prime and paint (two part polyurethane) or (one part) does it mater in labor costs?

I know two part is way more expensive than one part in terms of product, but will the extra dificulty of shooting a two part polyurethane be a reason to charge more for labor?

Does it vary if its inside the boat where it's more difficult and more hardware to remove than from the outside hull?

This is only labor costs no materials!
