PVC panels

wonderering if anyone has sourced pvc panels for building. I'm hearing they are becoming more widespread on the east coast. Cockrells in VA is building skiffs and they had an article in National Fishermen showing a 24 and 20 ft skiff plus a 20ft scow.

Anyhelp on sourceing this material would be helpfull.

I thought their boatyard burnt just this last month. Do you also have a link to their story?
