PU AL Roof covering panel and its use for ocean

Hello ,

One of my friend sent me 6 cms thick polyurethane hard foam , 0,5 mm double side aluminium sandwiched panels.
These panels are german made , fire resistant and size 2 meters to 1 meter.
I have 10 panels.
How can I use this material for constructing all composite inner core of the boat and double side covering with fiberglass.
What is the best design to build from nonflexible panels ?
Is it strong ?
I m thinking 3 meters long puffin , around in ten boat.

Best ,

Mustafa Umut Sarac
