What is the working time on these after you take them out of the freezer? Even if they stiffen up after a little while, does it matter when you bake them (could you bake something a month after you put down the first layers)?

The working time or outlife for pre pregs is generally around one month but could be double that depending on the room temperature. If the resin in the pre preg still feels tacky then it will most likely cook ok. Another test is if the material will stick to it's self when pressed together with your fingers. And one more test, blow hot air from a hair dryer on to the material to see if it further softens when heated.
