| Plywood Doghouse Hi, I am restoring a 1981 Sea Ray 195 and the doghouse was destroyed. I am using exterior grade plywood for the construction but I need a good method to seal it. The exterior will be upholstered to match the rest of the interior but I don't want to have to build another doghouse in six months. Any suggestions would be appreciated. |

| Use marine grade ply and encapsulate it with three layers of Epoxy resin (any brand or quality), work in one go if possible to achieve a chemical bond rather than a mechanical. Means: apply the next layer if the former is not cured. Paint or varnish for UV protection! Thats it BTW I am really impressed that you do such task for your Pet!? Regards Richard
