Material help

Hi, i'm new here and in boat bulding stuff
I'm planning to build a sailing boat according to ORC rules. It will be an ORC 33 and i'm choosing what materials i will use.
according to rhe rules, for the contruction of the hull and deck structures permited materials are:

E-glass
Carbon
Kevlar
Epoxy, Vinylester and polyester resin
Foam core with minimum density of 75 kg/m3
Balsa Core
Plywood

i would appreciate any links with information about these materials.. anything related to advantages/disadvantages, structural strength, etc would be great

thanks a lot
