| Marine engines this question is aimed at gonzo , he rebuilds 2 a week , but anyone else who can anser feel free, I would like to know the fundamental difference between street and marine motors, V8's that is, I not looking for a 5 page essay just some of the basics, such as the hoses are they the same or a marine grade rubber? is the paint used on the motor different...etc. The only marine motors i have seen are old chrysler products that seem tobe plane jane aspirated 2 barrel V8's. thnx for you help |

| Oddball, there are threads on auto engine marinization on the forum, i recall even a few more. Gonzo beeing a top contributer, lets try to keep it that way. yipster |
