Epoxy Primer/Interlux

I just finished shooting the first coat of epoxy primer (never before have tried this type of primer)

I used Two part epoxy primer/barrier coat from Interlux...yellow can.
When I opened the can I noticed it was realy thick, didn't pour out of the can by itself. The hardener flowed better.

Anyways when reduced 25% it flowed ok, like any other primer I've used before.

Are epoxy primers supposed to be that thick out of the can before being catalyzed and reduced?
