Decking Alternatives

I'm looking for alternative decking materials for a superyacht tender that I'm currently working on. My client would prefer not to use teak. There are the usual suspects - like Marinedeck (cork) and Esthec (synthetic)... both excellent products, but we are looking for something a bit "different". I am considering Deck Tread ( http://www.pjbowers.com.au/decktread.html ), which could be quite interesting...
Any other suggestions?
The substrate is a combination of aluminium plate and FRP composite panels
