Confusion on topcoat paint coverage

First off, awesome forum. So much helpful info here (as everybody knows). I'm looking at this roll and tip guide for Sterling topcoats: http://boatbuildercentral.com/howto/...g_roll_tip.php - and they say 300 sq. ft. per gallon kit (gallon paint, 2qt. catalyst, 2qt. reducer). Does this mean 300 triple coated, or 300 total (aka 100 triple coated)? Thanks for any answers. I'm building an epoxy cooler, this will be my first time painting anything.
