I have a 78 bertram 28 and the cockpit deck is slightly warped and needs rieinforcement. What is the best core choice for replacement and how do i refinish over the "waffle" pattern non skid on top?

take a mold of the non skid pattern and keep it for later, make your part in it and then bond it to the New supports.
