Amercoat Paint any good?

I came across 3 5 gallon kits of two-part Amercoat Paint, it says "Antifouling" on the label.
What little info I could find is this is a Silicone/ Epoxy type Polymer they use on Steel Hulls and Bridges.
Is this stuff any good for Wooden or Fiberglass Runabouts?
