Almost ready to topcoat

Ok so I have all the new wood put into my 31 Trojan's deck. The old deck rotted stem to stern from a bad attempt at replacement a long time ago. The wood has all been encapsulated with epoxy and will be covered with f/g cloth & epoxy resin. I have read here that gelcoat does not get along with epoxy that well so I need to find a paint that will do for both the deck and the cabin exterior and window frames etc. I can either brush or spray, I have both hvlp and airless guns and experience with both. A non-skid will also be put on the gunwales and near the bow rail on the fore deck so compatibility will be a key. What is your experience and advice?

Thanks in advance - Ed
