Singapore Based - Looking for Project Boat

Im looking for a 45-50ft Steel project (hull and decks already welded together) - I dont care how rough looking she is as long as the survey shows a good superstructure then I am not worried about the rest. Not a motorsailer

Prefer Bruce Roberts design but happy to be flexible.

Will also look at boat in need of allot of TLC - again , steel is preferable , sloop, a complete wreck is fine as long as the price takes that into account and the superstructure is sound (I will survey any vessel I buy)

Happy to fly to view in Asia.

Thanks
Matt
