Sidewinder 1979 replacement windshield

I just bought a very nice 1979 red and silver sidewinder, it needs a few cosmetic things, like a new windshield. This is my first boat, any ideas where to get that?
I live in the Bay Area, Ca.
thanks

Sidewinder Windshield

Keep checking ebay motors, under boat parts. Recently A guy had a 1973 Sidewinder for sale on there that didn't sell. I know he's planning on parting the boat out, including the windshield. The hull design on the Sidewinder was the same from 1969 through the late 70's, so the windshield is right, despite the difference i the year. He was in Pleasantville, PA. which is near Erie. Shipping would be a killer to CA., but I know from experience that those windshields are very tough to find. Good luck... TS

thanks, I discovered I could live with it, and now I want to sell it and buy a small open bow ski boat. I had a great summer with it!
