seeking trade ne landlubber wanted my 5.16 ac.

i am seeking to partally trade my 5.16 acers in ne. florida for a 40-55 foot fiberglass pilothouse sailboat in good shape tward the purchase of my bueatfull property.up to $35,000. off of the low low price of $90,000.(undervalued)prefer 6 foot draft or under.some repairs ok.my place is in keystone heights florida,about 5 miles ne.map quest has the location to my door address:7226 cooper prarie rd. keystone heights fl.32656. i have lots of pretty pictures to give you also.the place is improved with new 4 inch well with 250 gallon preshuer tank,new 900 gallon below ground septic. park like setting the property sits 1n block off of paved road on private road.nice neaborhood and positive growth community. the parcel is 250 feet wide by 1000 feet deep.it backs up to open prarie veiws. but is mostly wooded but park like,very clean where your children or your self can enjoy all of the property.when cleaning the property i left the front 15 feet untouched for privacy screen as well as 15 feet of the sides.there are no restrictions on this property what so ever, it was a requirment i wasnt flexable on when i was property hunting.within 2 miles of large public access lake with public boat ramp. call owner or email fulkne12@wmconnect.com ,386-661-2262

up to $35,000. off

A 55ft steel boat at $35,000 will require half a decade and about $100K to get operating, if cruising , not dockside living is the choice.

allow me to explain my place is undervalued its worth 115k

so i would like to think im not giving 35 k for this boat i seek but 50 thousand.fred a few years ago i found a 55 foot alumneum sailboat that was awsome for 27k be it was indeed gutted.i explain so if any 1n baught a large sailing vessel that might have seckond thoughts would not be interfeard with by unwise words.btw love this website i lernt i would like a 8mm thick steel sailboat preferabally with a pilot house tho not nessary.
