Refit on an old steel vessel

I'm about to take on a project to restore a 120ft steel boat that was built in 1937.The vessel was the first welded steel vessel in Canada.I have a plan to have her working the coast again in a years time. She has a Morse Fairbanks 5 cylinder in line diesel engine.Twin 671's for gensets,32 volt electrical. She needs TLC .I have a team of four assembled . Im looking for a single investor to help with this great project. If anyone is interested give me a call and I will run through the plan with you.
Thanks ,
Donny
