| Merger-Partnership-Buyout Wanting to talk with anyone who would have interest in building our ski boats in their plant. Either as a partnership of merger with an ongoing boat builder. We have a very good marketing plan of action and a good designed ski boat (direct drive) and wanting to develop a V-Drive to go along with it. We lack capital to get project to market currently.
