how give somebody yacht on leasing?

we are small shipyard.. we wish give to few people yacht on leasing internationally.

we will be on paper owners till our client not pay all in next 6 years.

But I am worry about security. Ok, we have mortgage over the yacht.

But what if client stop pay? How quick we can obtain yacht back?

And how know where is yacht in this moment located :-)

have someone more experience here? how go this international leasing usually?
