Civil war era floor joists

I have 9 sawn oak floor joists salvaged from a civil war era house. They are 8 quarter 11 1/2" wide and 18-20 feet long. Straight as an arrow and all nails (which were square) removed. They just cry out to be built into a boat. I'll take $300. Contact me drh6242@aol.com.
