Boatbuilding Shop and Hulls for sale

A divorce and relocation are bringing my boatbuilding dream to an end.
Now for sale:

1) Boatbuilding shop w/office. 4600 sq feet on 10 acres with US Hwy 183 frontage, located in Highland Lakes area about 35 miles NW of Austin, TX. Elevated wood shop/prep area for easy access to hull. 3 bays, large one (48X28) has 16X16 opening. Interior finish work remains so buyer can complete shop interior to his specs. 12X32 Office interior finished out well. Attached studio apartment unfinished. I'm asking $130,000.

2) Bare Hull and trailer. Popular 36 Ft. Northern Bay downeast hull and partial deck designed by Spencer Lincoln. This is straight from the mold with stringers, I have done nothing to it except the installation of a stainless steel Rudder and the purchase of some materials such as chine rails, lifting strakes etc. See this website for photos of sisterships: http://www.deboats.com
Trailer is heavy duty custom goose neck triple axle setup for hauling this boat. I'm asking $45,000 for both. Limited delivery might be possible for extra fee.

3) 1991 Shamrock 20Se widebody Center Console without motor. On Magic Tilt aluminum trailer. I'm asking $6500 for both.

Will sell hulls separately, but this shop was designed for boatbuilding and it would be nice to see someone move the Northern Bay project forward here.
