2 yanmar 4lha-stp and bertram restoration for sale

Yanmar 4lha-stp still in crates and never hooked up
ZF63A 1.5:1 trannies
80A alternators
oil drain kit
motor mounts and panels

The following is a list of parts and changes/additions done in the process. The intended configuration of the final product was a flybridge style boat with open rear bulkheads and a front/port standing head location. Where possible, all wood was replaced with either coosa or dyvinicell. Side and front windows removed and replaced with coosa. Custom window frames built to capture fixed glass forward and sliding panel aft. Custom motor boxes and integrated walkway midships were built and are very strong. Designed to hinge to stern. Also note in the pictures a carbon fiber beam to reinforce the bridge deck. All construction done with 17 oz glass and System Three Epoxy. Vacuum bagging done wherever possible. Boat was originally a freshwater charter in Lake Michigan and has been in my barn for 3 years. Inside of hull/bilge stripped and painted with 2 part rustoleum epoxy. Stringers and bulkheads checked for moisture and extra tabbing added where needed.

Original parts:
cushions
galley frp insert with sink
head frp insert with sink
lower station panel and controls
dinette table
misc panels and cabinets
doors
plexiglass windscreen
front and side windows with aluminum frames

Hardware:
bridge rails and seat supports
bow rails(mostly complete)
cockpit safety rails
8 rod holders
struts
props(original motors were 350 crusaders also for sale separately)
swim platform

Rebuild details:
heavy duty oversize composite rudder shelf
deck removed and recored wherever needed
liner removed and recored
strut pads oversized and replaced with coosa
transom hardware locations reinforced to accept hardware
rfp shaft logs
reinforced and beefed up engine beds with coosa
battery shelves
custom air boxes and vents for proper air to diesel motors
all below waterline gelcoat peeled
custom motor boxes and walkway

50000 for entire package
will separate motors for 17000 each
