| Another question, sorry Hey just wondering, I'm building an underwater vehicle, which weighs about 5-10 lbs out of water, and I want to use 4 motors, one on each corner (the robot is a rectangle), for control. I have searched for a little while and the best i could come up with were jet drives, I considered bilge pumps for a little while. Any recommendations for motors? Thanks |

| Absolutely. Bilge pumps. There is a well known, old design out there that uses them to make an awesome little ROV. I believe they were "Rule" pumps. You'll find a PDF on how to build it on the Internet but it's not easy to find as I recall. I have driven/operated it in a tank. It was great and easy to drive. This is the route I would go if I were in your shoes. If you can't find it, personal message me (left click on my name/handle). Tom |
