Outboard Jet w/ setback?

I am considering installing a jack plate w some setback on my 140 HP powered 20 foot outboard jet boat?

The boat has a tendency to bow steer, so likes weight in the back, I am thinking that the setback will help by moving the CG back, not to mention I can dial in the exact height of the jet foot?
Pros? cons?

You should ask the question on the Boating Sortsman Magazine forum.
The site is about aluminum boats, 99% jets, inboard and outboard.
