Hi,

Try the Hamilton Jet site at www.hamjet.co.nz - great for technical data and their team will reply to an emailif you have specific data. They will need the boat mass laden and unladen, the waterline length, the chine beam and the deadrise angle (s) . Then their computer can output whether you have enough horsepower and whether it will be a stable config. and where the LCG should ideally be positioned.

WE also build diesel jets using Hamilton jets - see www.explorermarine.co.uk and click on RIBs and JETRIBS.

Good boating

I,ve done a few with the Hamilton jets too, in bigger vessels
Monohydron works best, , that is when the chine height runs straight with the keel for quite a way Jets are Horrible things to steer even then, all the ones I put in had autopilots , steering was a constant event, no rest, but for a boat thats used on rivers steering is fun. yep look at the website, ring em up and ask for Trever
