Thanks, Speedboats; I looked at SDM, they have trimmable nozzles for HJ212.
I might go with this. This will keep me out of trouble if the hull tends to trim too much by the bow.
The problem is that my proprietary hull has variable width chine flats; there is no software, accessible to mere mortals, that can do an adequate performance prediction on a hull like that. Most of them use a fairly simple algorithm that only sees the hull bottom as two flat surfaces with a deadrise - most hulls these days are not.
