re 2003 Four Winns Horizon 200 with Volvo penta 5.0

I am having problems with this boat stalling when running, have had it serviced several times, the following were replaced: ignition module, pick up wires, fuel pump, starter and still the problems occurs, stalls and won't restart, This occurs at any time idle to cruising,once it stops it will not restart cranks over fine.The motor is a 5 litre Volvo with carb no fuel injection .When it is running runs fine starts good ,cruises well , pulls skiers etc no problem and then it will just die.

with this little info on the problem you'll get a lot of differant answers or no answers at all please give more information like what model 5.0, and conditions of boat stalling out. (while cruising or at wot)
