Keel radiators

I never hear anything on keel radiators. Anybody have a low-down on their usage.

i've come across about six in my life of working on boats all have bin in trawlers and with diesels from what i've seen i like coolant never gets near water and salt water never gets near engine no sea water thru-hull, no rubber impellers and you can run the boat in the ways without water
