Heat Exchanger Surface Area

just wondering if anyone knew how to work out the surface area of a heat exchanger needed for a certain engine. the engine is a holden commodore 3.8L rated @170hp. i am making the heat exchanger out of aluminium with a 2mm wall thickness. and internal diameter of about 6-8mm
