| which grease for rudder? I have a 1986 Bayliner 3270 that has been out of the water for 5 months while I replace tanks and engine stringers etc. I noticed yesterday while pulling the shafts that the rudders have a zerk at the top of their shaft housing. None of the maintenance literature I have specifies an lubricant for this part - what would be a good grease for this area? |

| I just bought some grease for my rudder. There is a grease that is named "marine grease". I purchased mine at the local auto parts store but I'm sure you can get it at marina. Good Luck! |
