gearbox differences

hi i brought two engines, maranised, but one has a nanni manual box, and the other is a paragon hydraulic box, both 2:1 ratios, will this matter as im running them in a catamaran, both aprox 60hp, any thoughts to this

No, it won't make any difference. The ratio is what is important. The hydraulic will probably need plumbing for the cooler.
