converting 6bt to marine use

hi , have cummins 6bt out of commerical truck , looking to put in my boat need to konw ho w to hook up marine gear . motor has sae 3 bellhousing and truck flywheel what is needed to bolt marine gear up to it .

try a net search - there is company in texas that does the conversion.
they used to allways run an add on boat diesel.com web site - i could not find it. any way think it was h&l marine, in texas
