351 won't crank when its warm

1985 supra comp with a 351 and added electronic ignition.

Engine runs great until it's driven for an about hour. Then it stalls and won't even crank until its cool again. I know its got to be electrical but where do I start?

I can only think of one thing that would both kill the motor and also cause the starter not to work. It sounds like something seizing, like a bearing. But if the starter makes absolutely no attempt to turn the engine, it is probably a bad ground that opens with heat.
