vertical acceleration at FP

I am using seakeeper software i want calculate vertical acceleration at FP . i know the point that i choose in the forward perpendicular but the question is in which height (Z) ?

Well you can read it all in the manual...
The height depends on the point of interest. The type of acceleration, absolute or relative depends on what you are interested in.
